October brings the blood moon, which rises brightly over the Flint Hills. This bring bright nights, nearly daylight bright. This also brings about a night of little sleep as the coyotes howl the night away taunting out wine dog Brix. Cheers!
While we lift the nets the morning we harvest the grapes, one of the last acts of harvest is to remove them from the vineyard. It was a beautiful day to remove the last mile of nets. Cheers to Kansas Wine!
